What causes the iPod Touch 6th Gen battery fault?
Batteries in all devices have a shelf life. We see battery issues in devices from around 2 years old onwards. They only have so many charging cycles before you will notice a difference in its performance.
Some updates from Apple have been blamed for exccessive power useage so we would recommend checking online for any sorftware related issues that may be causing the fault before booking in a repair.
