Here at Gamer Tech we have a business repair division of our business called B2B Repairs. With a B2B repairs account we can offer you discounts on our repairs and free shipping on orders over 10 units.

We offer a quality service at competitive rates, with a regular customer base including a magnitude of private and independent schools and academies, all the way to large commercial businesses.

We offer a repair service where you can book a repair with us as and when it is needed, there are no ties into long term contracts or monthly payments. This has been described as one of the main benefits of using Gamer-Techs B2B repair service by our existing customers. Some of our customers prefer to book in with us direct for bulk orders and pay via invoice, other customers prefer using our website to book in individual items when needed. If you would prefer to use our website for booking in individual items then we can create you a unique discount code to apply at check out so you can still enjoy the benefits of being a B2B customer!

Our Repair Service

Our repair centre has the most up to date tools and equipment, and our staff are trained in techniques such as micro soldering, motherboard repairs, liquid damage and data recovery repairs that most tech repair companies do not have the kit or skillset to offer. We use quality parts that we are confident in and as such are able to offer a long warranty with them.

We repair mobile phones, laptops, notebooks and tablets amongst many other devices.

Our existing B2B customers have benefitted from savings in the region of £50,000 (over a 3 month period on 500+ devices) so far by using our services instead of Apple’s “out of warranty” service for their tablet/phone repairs and we believe this is something more companies could and should benefit from.

At Gamer Tech we operate on the basis that if we can order quality parts for the device and it is cost effective we will always try to repair a device as it’s our key aim to keep your systems up and running.

In the first instance we inspect every device sent to us in our repair centre, from this we will inform you of the repair needed and the cost for your approval prior to commencing the repair. The repair team will send you email updates with this information along with any issues along the way (e.g. if a tablet or phone is sent to us for a broken screen and we find upon inspection that the LCD is also damaged we would advise you of this before any further actions are taken).


As a business customer you will automatically get a 10% discount on our repair prices.

We charge per repair and we can increase the discounts dependent on how many units you send each month. If you send over 10 a month the discount increases on a sliding scale. We find this is the most cost effective option for our customers but there is some admin involved due to approval needed for each repair. We try to keep the process as smooth as possible for you.

Bulk orders - To enable you to track which items we have in our repair centre and repairs needed, after the inspection we send you a spreadsheet with each device, serial number (or your reference number) and the repair cost for each.

Please see our website for a guide on pricing however, for our B2B customers we create a custom price list for you based upon the devices you use and can provide cheaper than advertised pricing on certain devices.

Location and timeline

We use DPD next day delivery service. We send DPD “Swapit” boxes with a DPD driver to collect the units from you, we have found this is the best way to protect devices in transit. DPD package the items for you too which makes sending your items to us easy! Any order over 10 units is free collection/delivery.

Our usual turnaround times for business orders is 5 working days, with laptop repairs this can be extended due to few reasons; the type of repair, time needed for diagnostics and ordering parts. As there are so many different makes/models of laptops we only order the parts when needed. However once we have inspected the device and ordered the parts we will give you an up to date estimated time frame.
