How does the Google Phone Inspection option work?
Once we receive the Google Device we will test out and diagnose the fault. We will then email you and explain what we have found and the price for repair. Any money paid for the inspection is subtracted from any subsequent repair price. If you don't want us to carry out the repair there is no further charge and we will return the device to you.
