DPD Swap It

This is an excellent service where DPD will text and email you a 1 hour collection window on the morning of the collection day. They will come to your property with a secure tote box with padding and security seals. They will pack your device in front of you and seal the box up. Of course DPD provide full tracking to you too and you can even follow the driver on their website. 

Orders booked by 4pm on a working day will be collected the next working day.

Some of our business customers already have their own courier service so you can feel free to send devices to us yourself.

Our Delivery Service

We use DPD to deliver our shipments. On the morning of the delivery you will receive a text and email with a 1 hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day. You are also provided a list of options should the delivery window be inconvenient. You will be able to choose from the following options:

• Deliver on a different date
• Deliver to a neighbour that you choose
• Leave in a safe place on your property that you can advise the driver of
• Collect from the DPD depot
• Deliver to a local DPD pick up shop
